Whimsical Stainless Steel Menorah by Fluffy Palmer 1999

A whimsically fun menorah made out of stainless steal with patinated brass candle holders.  Signed by artist Fluffy Palmer and dated 1999.  The stainless steel is very light weight and has a bit of flexibility and movement to it.  Does not appear to have been used.
